Recipe: Tahini-Maple Dressing

This Tahini-Maple Dressing is super quick to throw together and a great way to jazz up a salad or nourish bowl as I have here.


Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp tahini

  • 1 Tsp whole grain mustard

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and Pepper

  • A splash of cold water to loosen


Add all the ingredients to an empty and clean jar and give a good shake to combine. Enjoy!
