Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp protein powder (wild berry or vanilla)
250ml coconut milk
2 handfuls spinach
1 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients into a cup blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Best eaten straight away however the ingredients can be packed together the night before for a quick blend in the morning.
