Recipe: Blueberry Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Serves 3


  • 1 and ½ cup old-fashioned oats plus ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

  • 3 cups of milk of choice (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)

  • ½ cup fruit (I like fresh or frozen blueberries or raspberries, or sliced fresh strawberries)

  • Drizzle of maple syrup or honey, if desired


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and cover. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning, portion into bowls and top with more fruit, yoghurt and a sprinkling of seeds.
